    What is a Wellness Consult

    (These are typically done AFTER someone enrolls)

    It's a 30 min meeting in person, zoom or phone call. This is an opportunity for you to review the person's enrollment order & remind them how to use the products they purchased. You will also discuss their doTERRA Account, and how to maximize all of the benefits you receive, learn how to use the shopping portal, and set up a personal health protocol for them and/or their family! It’s also a place to invite them to participate in Oil Camp: Launch Into EO's.

    SAMPLE SCRIPTS:  FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEWLY ENROLLED:

    “Morning Jamie!

    Your oils should be showing up any day if they haven’t already and I want to help you use them for your specific needs! I'd love to schedule a Welcome Calls to go over your purchase and to share all the benefits you will receive with your membership. If that sounds great, I'd love to get you on my schedule.

    It takes 30 minutes minutes, plus you'll get a special gift from me."

    SAMPLE SCRIPTS:  FOR THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY ENROLLED THAT YOU NEED TO RE-ENGAGE

    “Morning Jamie!

    I wanted to take a second to reach out to you and ask how things are going with your oils?

    If you are feeling a little lost, or unsure of how to best use them for your needs, I am doing wellness consults in January and am offering a gift for participating.

    If you are interested in that, let me know."

    SAMPLE SCRIPTS:  FOR PROSPECTS WHO ARE NOT ENROLLED:

    “Hi Megan!

    I am so happy to hear that you are interested in learning more about using Essential Oils!

    I know they can be a little overwhelming at first and I want to help you feel comfortable using the oils for your specific needs.

    I offer a free Wellness Consult to discuss your health goals and offer suggestions on which oils would best suit you.

    If you are interested in that, let me know."
